Under the authority of the Director of Administrative Services and under the supervision of the Coordinator of Computer Services, you will support users of the Nunavik Regional Board of Health and Social Services. You will perform the installation and configuration of computers, software and required peripherals remotely or on site. You will ensure the maintenance of the computer equipment, carry out the diagnosis of incidents and document the interventions as well as the procedures.Qualifications
College diploma in computer science. However, a combination of experience and training may be considered;
Experience of at least one (1) year;
Experience in the health network will be considered an asset;
Good knowledge of the Windows environment;
Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite and collaboration tools (TEAMS, Planner, Sharepoint); Knowledge of VMware, Octopus will be considered an asset;
Demonstrate a strong capacity for adaptability, autonomy and dynamism;
Customer approach and teamwork;
Available to work evenings and weekends, according to a schedule to be determined;
Oral and written communication skills in two of the three languages used in Nunavik (Inuktitut, English, French);
Available to travel on the territory of Nunavik, in Montreal and Quebec.
Candidates who are beneficiaries of the James Bay and Northern Québec Agreement shall receive priority.

Salary according to the rules set forth by the MSSS (24.21$/h to 32.32$/h)
