Under the supervision of the IT services coordinator, the technician monitors the various projects and files related to telehealth for the Nunavik region. He or she works in concert with the two establishments in the region as well as the other health professionals involved in the projects.
The technician participates in the various tables concerning telehealth as a technological pilot and liaises with the two health centers. In the event of a technological problem, he or she is responsible for following up until the problem is resolved.
