Under the responsibility of the Assistant to the Director of the Regional Human Resources Development Department of the Regional Board of Health and Social Services, you ensure the implementation, development and smooth running of the platform of the Digital Learning Environment (DLE) within the Nunavik health network.


More specifically, in collaboration with the two health centers in Nunavik, you will:                            
• Contribute to the directions and objectives of management on the DLE file;
• Foster collaboration between departments and act as a resource person on this file;
• Participate in various working committees related to this file;
• Produce comparative studies, summary analyses, operational dashboards, etc. required for the proper functioning of the DLE;
• Participate in the design, implementation and improvement of processes according to the project plan and the continuous improvement plan to which the person will have contributed;
• Master the information systems made available to him and see to obtaining the operational information required to monitor the project, changes, performance indicators;
• Develop the local DLE condo by adding internal training according to the priorities defined by management;
• Develop the documents necessary for the proper use of the DLE by all users and the HR departments of the health centres;
• Participate in the development, documentation and communication of service level agreements;
• Ensure that the content of the operational documentation produced is adapted and accessible;
• Receive all requests for operational improvements submitted and approved by management and see to the implementation of the appropriate corrective measures;
• Perform any other task or mandate related to his position at the request of his or her superior.

Conditions and benefits

Ø  Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent;

Ø  Have significant experience in the management or operationalization of administrative projects;

Ø  Good knowledge of the steps and processes related to skills development activities within a large organization;

Ø  Advanced mastery of MS Office suite software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);

Ø  Good knowledge of two of the following three languages ​​(French, English, Inuktitut);

Ø  Minimum of two years' experience in the health and social services network;

Ø  Knowing the HR payroll systems of the health network (for instance, Logibec), an asset.


Candidates who are beneficiaries of the James Bay and Northern Québec Agreement shall receive priority.

Additional details

•         Permanent, full-time position (35 hours/week)

•         Position in telework with occasional travel to Nunavik

•         Salary according to the rules issued by the MSSS and the experience acquired (25.07$/h to 46.30$)
