Administrative agent (Day) - Ullivik

• Greet and direct various stakeholders (customers, guests, suppliers...) upon their arrival in the building;
• Direct stakeholders to the appropriate person and/or office;
• Answer, screen and transfer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette;
• Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email;
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mailings / shipments (answering machine, email and mail);
• Maintain office security by following security procedures and controlling access via the front desk;
• Maintain recall list and coordinate replacements for absences during his/her shift;
• Receive and distribute office supplies according to established procedures;
• Maintain inventory of office supplies;
• Perform various clerical and/or administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, faxing; posting, communication, etc.)
• Support the management team in various tasks.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; 
• Support his/her team in achieving common goals;
• Maintain confidentiality of private and confidential information;
• Maintain a welcoming front desk.
 

Qualifications


• High school diploma or other relevant diploma (Administration, secretarial ...)
• Additional training in office automation (an asset);
 

Experience required


• Proven work experience as a receptionist, office staff or similar role;
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., complete phone system, fax machines and printers);
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Required);

Additional details

21.89$-23.35$ an hour
