SCREENING AGENT (screening clinic COVID) DORVAL

The Inuulitsivik Health Centre (CSI), with more than 900 employees, is part of the health and social services network of Quebec, Nunavik region. It provides the population of the Hudson Bay Territory of approximately 7,000 people with front-line health and social services, including prevention, assessment, diagnosis and treatment, rehabilitation and support. In addition, it provides youth protection services and management for the Nunavik region of Ullivik in Dorval. Its mission is to welcome Inuit people who need to receive health services in participating Montreal hospitals. The Inuit population is distributed in seven communities on the Hudson Bay coast from Kuujjuaraapik to Salluit.

Key responsibilities:
Contribute to COVID-19 screening activities;
Contribute to passenger management and their records;
Contribute to the management of questionnaires;
Pass on public health information to travellers;
Ensure information sharing between responsible actors.

Qualifications

We are currently looking for staff to build the Nunavik Traveller COVID Screening and Management Team
Clinical nurse, nurse or auxiliary nurse
Speech therapist, Audiologist
Dentist, dental hygienist
Physiotherapist
Nutritionist

Experience required

Hold a valid licence to practice in his respective professional order in Quebec;
Full-time or part-time availability*;
Sense of responsibility, autonomy;
English/French bilingualism, spoken and written, is essential and Inuktitut is an asset.

Conditions and benefits

4 temporary full time positons based in Ullivik, Dorval, part time can also be accepted
Day and evening shift (service open from 8h00 to 20h00)
Part time and full time
Salary scale of MSSS
