STATUS : Temporary Full-time (36.25 hours/week) - 1 year OR replacements
SERVICE : Dentistry
FUNCTIONS :
A person who assists the dentist, dental hygienist or dental surgeon in the performance of their duties during clinics, examinations or surgical procedures; performs laboratory work related to dental treatment; ensures the general maintenance, preparation and sterilization of required equipment; completes patient files; may occasionally accompany the dentist to CLSCs on the Ungava Bay coast.
Graduation diploma in the speciality from a recognized school (DEP Dental Assistance);
2 years experience in Health and Social Services Network would be an asset;
Bilingualism is essential, (English/French), Inuktitut is an asset;
Capacity to adapt to a different cultural milieu; experience in an isolated settlement is an asset;
Personal initiative, responsible and autonomous.
SALARY : Min : 761.61$ Max : 796.78$ /week; 36,25 hours
ISOLATION PREMIUM : 199.67$ week (prorated per hours worked)
HIGH COST OF LIVING PREMIUM : 61.16$/week (prorated per hours worked))
