The Inuulitsivik Health Centre, with more than 900 employees, is part of the Québec health and social services network in the Nunavik region. It provides front-line health and social services for the population of the Hudson subregion. The Inuit population is distributed among the seven communities along the Hudson Bay coast, from Kuujjuaraapik to Salluit.
Under the authority of the Executive Director, the Coordinator of the Strategic Plan and continuous quality improvement for the Inuulitsivik Health Centre ensures that the institution is part of a continuous improvement approach through quality and risk management files and participates in the determination of priorities for all action plans relating to the SRP (Strategic Regional Plan) and the CMP (Capital Master Plan). He will work in collaboration with all the Directors of Inuulitsivik.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the health and social services network as well as in management;
Previous experience in project management;
Experience in risk management (trump)
Excellent french and English skills (written and oral);
Permanent full time position based in South, telework
In accordance with the managers conditions of the health and social services network classification 38 (between 77 926 $ and 101 304 $)
