Under the supervision of the Director of Ullivik, the person assumes a clinical-administrative role. The person ensures the contribution of his teams to the continuous improvement of the quality and safety of care and services, to a healthy and stimulating work environment, and to collaborative relationships both internally and with external partners
The person will :
- Participate in the definition and compliance of practices, in collaboration with the Director;
- Assumes clinical-administrative support within teams and projects
- Support the organization with regard to the evolution of knowledge for the definition and compliance of practices, the development of skills and the improvement of professional, interprofessional and transversal practices as well as to comply with legislation and regulations;
- Identify, adapt and define norms and standards of practice of the health network;
- Guide managers in defining and understanding the scopes of practice and reserved activities of each profession;
- Support managers for practice compliance, especially when a professional practice could compromise a user's safety and the quality of services
• 1st cycle university degree in administration
• 2nd cycle diploma in management, an asset
or
• 10 years experience in an appropriate field will be considered
-Ten (10) years of management experience
- experience as a professional in the health and social services an asset;
-Have held professional supervisory positions (coordination professional or
clinical, clinical activity specialist, team leader, etc.) is an asset.
• Ability to work with respect and understanding of different cultures;
• Essential bilingualism (French and English) both orally and in
writing. Inuktitut considered an asset.
• Ability to work in a computerized environment; Knowledge of
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Outlook
