The Ungava Tulattavik Health Centre (UTHC) is a reassuring, supportive presence in Kuujjuaq and in all the communities it serves. n with the Ullivik Northern Quebec Module, insures the coordination and continuity of services offered to users, outside their home community. Participates to the elaboration of the yearly calendar of the specialists visits and manage the organization of services related to those visits. In the patients’ best interest, the liaison nurse works in close collaboration with the nursing staff of the different services as well as with the doctors of the multidisciplinary teams.
STATUS: Temporary Full-Time Position (37.50 hrs/week)
IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR: Head-Nurse of the Department, Liaison and Sterilization

Requirements :
Member in good standing of the OIIQ
Bilingualism is essential (French, English or Inuktitut)

SALARY: Min.: 967.88$/week Max.: 1,512.13$/week
ISOLATION PREMIUM: 203.66$/week or more according to the family status
CARGO PREMIUM: 61.16$/week or more according to the number of dependents
RETENTION PREMIUM: $269.23/week
Any person recruited in Quebec more than 50 kilometers from the locality in which she is called upon to perform her duties, will be granted annual trips and lodging unit as per her family status. Transit or shared lodging if necessary.
