SUPERIOR: Director of Technical Resources

FUNCTIONS:
A person who constructs, repairs and maintains structures, finishes walls, ceilings, floors and other works from wood, metal or other materials, where applicable. He/she installs and adjusts interior and exterior window, doors and hardware. He/she manufactures, transforms and repairs fixed and movable furniture, according to plans, specifications and instructions..
Must have a Diploma of Professional Studies (DEP) in Carpentry from a school recognized by the competent ministry or have equivalent competence;
Possess C.C.Q skills cards
Experience in construction craft or renovation an asset;
Ability to work in team
Ability to transfer knowledge to trainees
Knowledge of maintenance methods
Functional user of IT tools
Possess a valid driver's license
Knowledge of English and French functional level
Strong organizational and autonomy skills
Available to travel in the other communities in Nunavik
SALARY: 993.16 $ / week (38.75 hours)
ATTRACTION PREMIUM : 10%
ISOLATION PREMIUM: 203.66 $ / week
HIGH COST OF LIVING PREMIUM: 61.16 $ / week
Any employee recruited in Quebec more than 50 kilometers from the locality in which she/he is called upon to perform her/his duties, will be granted annual trips and lodging unit as per her/his status. May be shared lodging or transit if necessary.
