The Inuulitsivik Health Center, with more than 950 employees, is part of the Quebec health and social services network, Nunavik region. It provides the population of the Hudson's Bay Territory, made up of approximately 7,000 people, with front-line health and social services, including prevention, assessment, diagnosis and treatment, rehabilitation and support. In addition, it provides services related to youth protection as well as the management, for the Nunavik region, of Ullivik located in Dorval. The mission of the latter is to welcome Inuit people who need to receive health services in participating Montreal hospitals. The Inuit population is distributed in seven communities established on the coast of Hudson Bay, from Kuujjuaraapik to Salluit.

Person who assumes responsibility for a set of nursing care based on the bio-psycho-social needs of users or groups of people entrusted to him. It assesses the state of health of the user, determines and ensures the implementation of the therapeutic nursing plan, the nursing care and treatment plan. She initiates and provides nursing and medical care and treatment with the aim of maintaining health, restoring it and preventing disease. In particular, it may prescribe laboratory analyses, treatments, products, medications and dressings in the fields of wound care and public health, in accordance with the regulations in force.
She plans, delivers and evaluates teaching to users, their relatives and groups of people. It participates in research aimed at the promotion of health and the prevention of disease.
Must have a DEC in Nursing
Member of the OIIQ
Minimum of 2 years experience in critical care/emergency, an asset.
Excellent command of the French and English language; oral and written;
Valid driver's license
Hourly rate according to the agreement;

Cargo premium of $115.64/week;
