STATUS:  Temporary full-time position (35 hours/week, 24 months with possibility of extension)
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:  Financial Ressources Coordinator
STARTING DATE:  As soon as possible – creation of a new position

Under the authority of the Financial Ressources Coordinator, the person performs work related to operations: supply, accounting, finance, logistics and statistics of the establishment, financial management and the planning of the execution of complex works of an administrative nature. He/She will be responsible for data collection and analysis in addition to providing technical assistance and supervision to team members. More specifically, the candidate will be called upon to follow up and support the team in the deployment of EDI (electronic transfer of data between suppliers and establishments) at the Ungava Tulattavik Health Center.


CEGEP diploma in administrative techniques (DEC) with  accounting profile ;

Relevant experience of two (2) years in Health and Social Services network in accounts payable or procurement services;

Experience in computer data processing and database management;

Experience with "EDI" transactions

Experience with Logibec's GRM software package is an asset;

Bilingualism essential in French and English (spoken and written);

Ability to analyse, initiative and strong autonomy;  must be concerned by quality of service for the clientele;

Ability for team work; 

Possibility to travel occasionnaly to Kuujjuaq;

Work experience in a remote region and Native milieu is an asset.

SALARY:  Min.: $22.23     Max.:  $29.05 / hour
