BASED: Montreal office
STATUS: Temporary full time (35 hours/week)
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Coordinator of financial resources
STARTING DATE: As soon as possible
FUNCTIONS:
Under the coordinator of financial resources’ authority, this person performs work related to accounting, financial and statistics operations for the establishment. This person is also asked to provide assistance and technical supervision to members of the administration services team. The administrative technician also performs all other related tasks at the requested of the supervisor.
SPECIFIED TASKS:
In charge of the finance and material management software (Espresso MMS/GRF);
User support (administrative services team, internal clients, business partners);
Analysing and solving disuted invoices;
Payment of invoices.
CEGEP diploma in administrative techniques, accounting profile, (DEC);;
Relevant experience of three (3) years, experience in Health and Social Services network is an asset;
Experience with a financial and procurement software (Logibec’s espresso a valuable asset);
Bilingualism essential in French and English (spoken and written)
Ability to analyse, initiative and strong autonomy; must be concerned by quality of service for the clientele
Ability for team work
Work experience in a remote region and Native milieu is an asset

SALARY: Min.: 778.05$ Max.: 1016.75$ / 35 hours
