STATUS : Temporary full-time position (35H / Week)
IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR : DSI-DSH (Direction of Nursing & Hospital services)
EMPLOYMENT START : As soon as possible

Administrative support for the clinical staff of the ISD-HSD of the Ungava Bay CLSC points of service:
Responsible for managing airline reservations;
Responsible for managing transits for ISD employees;
Responsible for room reservations for patients transferred to Kuujjuaq;
Collaborates with Ullivik for accommodation and transportation of patients;
Data entry in the SIPMI and Sic + systems;
Manage statistics for physician and specialist visits;
Resource person for follow-up on maintenance or other issues; 
Collaborates with DSI-DSH  administrative assistants;
All other related duties.


Must have a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in General Administration or Clerical Technician or other appropriate college discipline from a school recognized by the appropriate department.  In the absence of a candidate with a DEC, a candidate with a Secondary 5 diploma or an attestation of collegial studies in a related field (min 800hrs) may be considered as a Class 1 Administrative Officer. The applicable salary range will be that which corresponds to the candidate's level of education;
College Diploma in Administration or Business/Office;
Two (2) years of relevant work experience in the Health and Social Services network;
Fluent French and English (written and spoken), Inuktitut is an asset;
Thorough knowledge of the following software: Word, Excel, Outlook;
Good knowledge of Internet;
Thorough knowledge of Quebec’s health system (RAMQ, MSSS, SANA);
Ability to rapidly assimilate new knowledge;
Great autonomy, initiative, organization skills and sense of responsibility.

SALARY : Min. $847.35/week   Max. $1131.20/week
