FUNCTIONS:
The person is responsible for the administrative processes of the Professional Services Department (PSD) and contributes to the optimal performance of the office. You will be responsible for managing the office's material resources (clerical and medical), taking inventories and placing orders. She ensures that the Logibec eClinibase work tool is kept up to date, and that it is used by professionals and PSD employees. She participates in and supports the implementation of tools to facilitate the scheduling of appointments. In addition, she provides the necessary documentation, and maintains and collaborates with the various authorities (RRSSSN, MSSS) in the performance of her duties. She supports her colleagues in their respective tasks as required.
Must hold a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in general administration, office automation or another appropriate college discipline from a school recognized by the appropriate ministry or a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) combined with a relevant undergraduate university certificate or a relevant Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS) of eight hundred hours or more combined with experience relevant to the field in question.
This job also includes people with a college certificate in administrative techniques.

Two (2) years' experience in the health and social services network;
Excellent command of French and English (written and spoken); knowledge of Inuktitut is an asset
In-depth knowledge of the following software: Office 365, Logibec eClinibase;
Knowledge of Petal would be an asset.
General knowledge of the Quebec healthcare system (RAMQ, MSSS, etc.)
Ability to assimilate new knowledge quickly;
A high degree of autonomy, initiative, ability to manage priorities, organisational skills and sense of responsibility;
Ability to adapt, analytical mind and proactive attitude.
SALARY: Min. 847.35$/week Max. 1131.20$/week
ISOLATION PREMIUM: 203.66 $/week
HIGH COST OF LIVING PREMIUM: 74.17 $/week
RETENTION PREMIUM: 114.99 $/week
