Under the authority of the Regional director of strategy, organisational development, and corporate affairs, and Assistant to the Executive Director, the administrative technician shall assist the management personnel and the members of Executive Management in their administrative functions and various clerical tasks.
The technician shall assume responsibility for travel logistics for the department and its members. He or she shall also be responsible for taking notes during certain meetings and for drafting the minutes.
Collegial-studies diploma in office automation or other appropriate area; however, a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered
Experience requiredRelevant experience of at least three years in similar functions
Mastery of at least two of the three languages in use in Nunavik, both oral and written
Excellent skills with the MS Office suite
Proven skills in teamwork and management of priorities
Attention to detail and dynamism
Permanent, full-time position (35 hours/week);
Position based in Kuujjuaq;
Salary according to the rules set forth by the MSSS (24.21$/h to 32.32$/h).
