1 YEAR REPLACEMENT

STATUS: temporary full-time position (35 hours/week) SUPERVISOR: Coordinator of hospital services

STARTING DATE : Auguest 2019

FUNCTIONS:
Within the direction of Nursing Care and Hospital Services, this person is responsible for producing, upon a medical prescription, radiography for interpretation and ultrasound scans if the person has the required certification. She process, sends and files films, helps to maintain the supply inventory up-to-date for the Department and ensures the maintenance of the specialized equipment and working material. As needed, she performs administrative tasks related (statistical reports or others, purchasing requisition, equipment and products orders, etc.). Must be available to travel in other communities. Ensures emergency on-call duty on a rotation basis

Qualifications

College diploma in X-Ray technology;

Certification in ultrasound scanning or relevant working experience in ultrasonography is an asset;

Active member of the O.T.R.Q;

Minimum of one (1) year of experience;

Bilingualism essential in French and English (spoken and written);

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team;

Initiative and autonomy.

Conditions and benefits

SALARY: Min : 809.20$ Max : 1 176.35$
ISOLATION PREMIUM: 191.93$/week or more according to family status
HIGH COST OF LIVING PREM.: 59.14$/week. or as per the family status
RETENTION PREMIUM: 114.99$ / week

Any person recruited in Quebec more than 50 kilometers from the locality in which she is called upon to perform her duties, will be granted annual trips and lodging unit as per status ( transit or shared lodging if necessary).
