Social worker: Person who assesses social functioning, determines an intervention plan and ensures its implementation. He/she supports and restores the person's social functioning in reciprocity with his/her environment, with the aim of fostering the optimal development of the human being in interaction with his/her environment.
She performs design, orientation, consultation, updating, analysis and evaluation activities in one or more social programs.

Psychoeducator : Person who assesses adjustment difficulties and adaptive capacities. He/she determines an intervention plan and ensures its implementation. He/she restores and develops the person's adaptive capacities and contributes to the development of environmental conditions with the aim of promoting optimal adaptation of the human being in interaction with his/her environment.

Qualifications

Must hold a bachelor's degree in social work or social service or meet the educational requirements of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ) and must be a member of OTSTCFQ.
Or
Must hold a master's degree in psychoeducation and be a member of the OPPQ.

Experience required

Minimum two years' experience in the healthcare network
Bilingual

Conditions and benefits

Hourly wage between $27.08 and $47.98
35 hours per week + on-call time
Furnished housing provided
Cargo allowance from $146.29 per week
Removal premium from $240.25 per week
Retention premium from $225.18 per week
